Mission Statement
Preparing students to become well-educated, inquiring, compassionate leaders.
The Day School provides our students with a firm foundation in academic and Judaic studies through a challenging and integrated curriculum exceeding state standards. We lay the groundwork for our students to be proud, knowledgeable, responsible, and productive individuals. Students are encouraged to celebrate their unique qualities as they learn respect for varied approaches to Judaism while embracing diverse cultures. We foster a strong sense of ethics, self, and community through:
Knowledge and Wisdom (Da’at) – Providing students with a challenging program of differentiated instruction in general and Judaic studies encouraging critical thinking, problem solving, and creative expression.
Deeds of Kindness (G’milut Chasadim/Mitzvot/Tzedakah) – Instilling the values to guide behavior as students treat self and others with respect and honor as taught by our traditions.
Repairing the World (Tikkun Olam) – Inspiring compassion, integrity, and a sense of justice as students learn to become leaders and improve the world around them.
Love of Israel (Ahavat Eretz Yisrael) – Developing a connection to and understanding of Israel, its culture, language, history, and land.
Our dedicated and caring staff, active parent participation, and supportive community involvement provide a safe and nurturing environment for learning in a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
Education – the greatest gift we can give our children.
